NFL Flag Age Divisions (Standard Cutoff: August 1st) PLAY 4 HER ALL GIRLS STARTING AT U10 DIVISION

• Ages: 3-5
• Birth Years: 2018-2020 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 3 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Ages: 5-6
• Birth Years: 2017-2018 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 5 or 6 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Ages: 7-8
• Birth Years: 2015-2016 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 7 or 8 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Ages: 9-10
• Birth Years: 2013-2014 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 9 or 10 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Ages: 11-12
• Birth Years: 2011-2012 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 11 or 12 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Birth Years: 2009-2010 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Children turning 13 or 14 years old by August 1st are eligible.

• Birth Years: 2007-2009 (for 2025 season)
• Cutoff: Players who are in high school and turn 15-18 by August 1st are eligible. Players must not turn 19 before the start of the season.

Age Cutoff Summary

• The age cutoff date for all divisions is August 1st of the year.
• The child must be the correct age on or before August 1st to participate in the specific age group.
• For example, if a child turns 9 on August 5th, they would still be eligible for the U10 division (since they are 9 on August 1st).

• Automatic Cancellations: Activities will be automatically canceled if the area is under a severe weather warning.
• Severe Weather Watch: League administrators will use discretion to decide if activities proceed.

1. The coach will use their primary mode of communication to inform athletes and parents of cancellations.
2. League administration will send an email to notify parents.
3. The session calendar will be updated with the cancellation.

• Make-up practices will be scheduled at the discretion of the head coach, in consultation with League administration.
• Make-up games are not guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.

• No Refunds: Once the deposit or full registration fee is paid, no refunds are given.
• Credit for Future Sessions: In cases of injury, illness, or other emergencies, written notification must be provided two weeks prior to the tournament for consideration of a credit toward a future session (minus the deposit).
• COVID-19/Other Emergencies: In the case of disruptions due to COVID-19 or other virus-related events, credits will be offered for future sessions in 2025.

• The spectator fee is set at $5 per person for all individuals attending games.
• The fee applies to all spectators, including parents, family members, and friends of participants.
• Children under the age of 2 will be admitted free of charge.

• To support the operational costs of the league and our facilities.
• To ensure the continued success and development of youth sports programs in our community.

• Spectator fees will be collected at the entrance of the game venue.
• Cash and electronic payments (via mobile payment systems or credit/debit cards) will be accepted.
